Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • Departure time is approximately, (15 min tolerance) depending on the pick-up time. Please contact supplier 1-day before your travel date to arrange your pick up time and the place (please note that pick up is valid just in the city area). Even the pick up to the train station must be arranged by us. • A minimum of 4 people is required to run the tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
