Redemption Instructions

* Until December 31st, 2026: Meet at Libreria Evangelica (listed on Google Maps as Libreria Cristiana CLC Firenze), located directly opposite the entrance to the Accademia Gallery, Via Ricasoli 97/r, 50122 Florence. * From January 1st, 2027: Meet at Piazza San Marco, next to the Monument to Manfredo Fanti. ----------- • Your voucher is valid solely for the entry time specified during the booking process. Once entered, you may enjoy an extended stay at the Museum, subject to their opening hours. • It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure • Our City Wonders Assistant will be holding a City Wonders tour sign at the meeting point for easy recognition. • For help with meeting points or other urgent issues, please phone +39 06 8336 0561. • Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour. • A valid ID is required for entry to the Accademia Gallery in Florence, regardless of whether visitors hold full-price, reduced, or free tickets.
