Redemption Instructions

Please proceed directly to our office at the address provided on your voucher our team will be there to welcome you and introduce you to your professional guide. Arrive at the office at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time as the guided group must enter the museum together at the exact reservation slot. Your guide will provide your tickets and escort you through the reserved entry directly into the museum to begin the tour. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and may result in the loss of the tour without a refund due to strict museum entry windows. All visitors must pass through a metal detector even with reserved entry there may be a brief wait for the security check. Keep a valid photo ID with you to verify age-based tickets if requested by museum staff.
