For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Barocchi will know if your flight is delayed, however, if your flight is delayed for more than 1 hour Barocchi reserves the right to apply a surcharge. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Your driver will be waiting for you by the arrival gate (or platform) holding a sign with your name.

Pickup Information

Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate holding a meeting sign with your name up on it. Please note this transfer is only available to hotels in the main City of Florence, please contact us if you are unsure if your hotel is included within the drop off area.
