RAIN POLICY: • The tour runs rain or shine (but please see below). • The tour will not be canceled even in the event of rain. • We ask clients to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure, to check the weather conditions and choose accordingly. • No-shows will not be refunded. Customers must independently reach the two different meeting points. For the ACCADEMIA GALLERY meet your guide at via Ricasoli 58/60, Florence "look for our tour guide in front of civic number 58. at 11:15 am. For the Uffizi Gallery The meeting point is at: Via Lamberti 1, Florence. Meet your tour leader in front of the civic number 1 at 2:45pm. Guests are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time as tours will start at the exact scheduled time. No delays are tolerated and will not entitle any refund, not even a partial one.
