Redemption Instructions

- Dress warmly: The mine temperature is a constant 10°C—long sleeves, pants, and closed shoes are highly recommended. - Pack extra clothes: Have a spare outfit in your backpack to change into after the tour (just in case). - Identification required: Carry your passport or EU-issued personal ID. - Departure times:*Tours depart from Bled at 5:40 AM or 7:40 AM, depending on availability. - Child policy: Children must be accompanied by an adult. - Adult pricing: Applies to all travelers. **Not recommended for participants who:** - Have back problems or heart conditions. - Are pregnant. - Experience claustrophobia, fear of heights, or other serious medical conditions. **Other important notes:** - No pets allowed. - Expect a moderate amount of walking and climbing stairs. Uneven surfaces make the tour unsuitable for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. - The tour operates in all weather conditions — dress appropriately. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related or personal reasons. - Mountain roads are included in the transfer route. Take precautions if prone to motion sickness. - Group minimum: A minimum of 6 guests is required to operate the Black Hole Kayaking™ day trip. - Accommodation details: Send the address of your accommodation in Bled ahead of time. For guests not staying in Bled, the meeting point is pr1motours.com, Ljubljanska cesta 20, 4260 Bled, Slovenia. - If driving, arrive early to locate parking— no parking available at the pr1motours.com office. - Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will result in the tour proceeding without you, and no refunds will be issued.

Please give our driver +/- 10 min or so, due to multiple pick-up locations. Please send us the address of your accommodation in Bled. If you don’t stay in Bled, the meeting point is pr1motours.com, Ljubljanska cesta 20, 4260 Bled. If you come with your car, please come earlier to find the parking, thank you.
