For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
If Bio levels drop we may use an alternate launch location at parish park 30 minutes north. Please make sure to check you message center for any updates on the day of your scheduled tour. Sometimes schedules changes are made day of, to ensure best possible conditions for our guests.
Redemption Instructions
For all amendments please contact us directly prior to making any amendments to ensure availability for your selected time, you may call or text 407-923-5685. If you do an amendment through viator only you may lose your space due to no availability. Amendments through viator so not connect through our API system. Our main Launch is Kiwanis Island park, our Secondary Launch is Parish Park, if locations change due to shifts in bio levels you will be notified via the viator message center. Please check the message center and your email the day of your tour. Sometimes changes will occur day of depending on the conditions the night before. Both launch sites are within 30 minutes of each other. For single person bookings we do have a minimum number of travelers needed to conduct a tour. While rare, we do sometimes have to reschedule you to a different launch time or day. Our booking windows for day of close at 4P.M. if minimums are not met that day a notice will be sent out informing you of low booking numbers. Usually we will get a few same day bookings.
