IMPORTANT PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Banff Explorer operates from TWO DIFFERENT PICK-UP LOCATIONS in Banff. Please go ONLY to the location you selected when booking. ❌ Do NOT assume all Banff pick-up locations are the same. ❌ Drivers cannot search for passengers at multiple locations. ❌ Missed departures due to being at the wrong location are considered a no-show. OPTION 1: BANFF TRAIN STATION If your booking confirmation says "Banff Train Station," you MUST wait at the Banff Train Station pick-up area. ✔ Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. ✔ Remain at the Train Station until your shuttle arrives. ✔ Do NOT go to Mount Royal Bus Terminal. OPTION 2: MOUNT ROYAL BUS TERMINAL If your booking confirmation says "Mount Royal Bus Terminal," you MUST wait at the Mount Royal Bus Terminal. ✔ Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. ✔ Remain at the Bus Terminal until your shuttle arrives. ✔ Do NOT go to Banff Train Station. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Banff Train Station and Mount Royal Bus Terminal are different locations. Many passengers miss their shuttle because they wait at the wrong pick-up point. Please double-check your booking confirmation before travelling. Drivers operate on a strict schedule and cannot delay departures for passengers waiting at the wrong location. By booking this service, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to be present at the correct pick-up location listed on your ticket.
