Tours may be canceled after confirmation if the minimum group size is not met. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund. - **Meeting Point:** Please provide the address of your accommodation in Bled. If you are arriving by car, please plan ahead to find parking, as no parking is available at our office. **Additional Notes:** - The tour operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately. Refunds will not be issued due to weather or personal reasons. - As the entry time for Vintgar is fixed, please ensure you arrive on time. If you are late, you will not be permitted to enter, and the responsibility will be yours. - **Minimum Age Requirement:** Participants must be at least 8 years old. - **Health Considerations:** - Not recommended for individuals with back problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical issues. - Pregnant women are advised not to join the tour. - A briefing about the tour will be sent to the provided email address one day before the tour. **Lunch Break:** - A lunch or free time break at a lakeside location is always included, lasting about 1 hour. Given limited on-site purchasing options, bringing your own lunch is recommended, especially if you have specific dietary needs. Lunch may take place later in the day depending on traffic and the group’s pace. **Additional Precautions:** - If you experience motion sickness, please take appropriate precautions. **Hotel Pickup:** - Hotel pickups within the Bled area commence prior to the tour’s scheduled departure time.

Please give our driver +/- 10 minutes, due to multiple pick-up locations. Please send us the address of your accommodation in Bled. If you don’t stay in Bled, the meeting point is Ljubljanska cesta 20, 4260 Bled. If you come with your car, please come earlier to find the parking, thank you.
