Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point is directly opposite Hapiness Beach, opposite Playa D`En Bossa Pier where the boat leaves. There you will find our Formentera Wonders booth, where you must present your ticket to obtain a bracelet with the corresponding color of your ticket.
Redemption Instructions
All customers must pass with their ticket to the check-in point to register and to receive a distinctive bracelet with the color that corresponds to the ticket they purchased. Without this bracelet, they won't be able to get on the boat.
