For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Languages other than English are possible on special request in advance and upon availability. • It is the tour by car, maximum 8 participants in the vehicle. Standard car for this tour is saloon (sedan) car (e.g. VW Passat, Skoda Superb), van when 3-4 people (e.g. VW Sharan) or minibus when 4-8 people (e.g. Opel Vivaro, Mercedes Vito/Viano/V class) depending on the final group size • Please provide any special wishes while booking this trip, we will do our best to fulfill them. We can even provide wheelchairs.

Pickup Information

Please provide pick-up address at the time of booking. We pick up in the hotel lobby or outside a private apartment. A pick-up outside of Warsaw city center requires a 15EUR supplement, paid in cash to the driver.
