Self-guide Tour: Security checks in the Tiananmen Square area can sometimes take 1–2 hours. Please plan your time in advance. Passport required: Provide valid passport name, number, age, and nationality. Scan your passports to enter directly. Note: Please download the reservation screenshot we send you 3‑4 days prior to your tour.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

After receiving the confirmation letter in advance, your passports will be the entry ticket.

If you select the Forbidden City group tour option: Please Meet at Hotel Kapok Donghuamen 东华门木棉花酒店 Address: No. 16 Donghuamen Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 北京东城区东华门大街16号 Take Subway Line 8 to Jinyuhutong Station, Exit C. Turn right and walk around 8 minutes to reach the hotel.
