Pickup Information

Reconfirmation: Please contact your local tour operator 24 hours prior to your tour date to reconfirm your hotel details and provide your latest contact information. Communication: Kindly provide a working phone number, preferably with WhatsApp enabled, to ensure smooth communication. Schedule: Tour timings are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Pick-up Locations: Shared transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Marina, Al Barsha, Sheikh Zayed Road). Private transfers from other areas are available on request with an additional surcharge No pick-up is provided from the following areas: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), The Greens, Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Ibn Battuta, JA Hotels, Oasis and other locations outside the city center. For guests staying in these areas, pick-up will be arranged from the meeting point at Dubai Marina Mall. Drop-off: Please expect possible delays during drop-off due to evening traffic, especially in Deira and Bur Dubai areas. We recommend planning your post-tour activities accordingly.
