Redemption Instructions

Hotel Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby/reception at the confirmed pickup time. Our driver will contact you by WhatsApp or phone before pickup with the exact vehicle and pickup details. Please be ready 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays. If you are staying at a hotel, please provide the hotel name and correct location at the time of booking. For pickup from other locations, please share the exact address or Google Maps location with our team in advance. The voucher is valid only for the booked date and tour.
