Redemption Instructions

On the day of the tour, the driver will contact you approximately 15-30 minutes before pickup. Be ready at your hotel/residence lobby at the scheduled pickup time. If you have any questions or need to confirm your pickup, please contact our support team using the information provided in your confirmation email. For entry tickets included in your package (Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque), your guide will handle redemption—no need for you to queue or buy separate tickets. Your tour does not include entry tickets(Louvre, Qasr Al Watn, Yas Island), if you want to upgrade, please contact us.
