Redemption Instructions

As soon as you make the trip reservation, please contact us by whatsapp, to inform complete data: We need you to provide the complete details of your reservation, including accommodation and address. If we do not have this information within 24 hours of the tour start time, you will be assigned a meeting point to begin the tour. If your hotel is outside the coverage area, we will assign you the nearest meeting point. We also ask that you provide your WhatsApp number. We will contact you there to indicate the pick-up time and other important information! Thank you.

Pickup Information

You must provide your hotel and address in advance. If you have not provided your hotel information 24 hours in advance, you will be assigned a meeting point that you must reach on your own. If your accommodation is outside the coverage area, you will be assigned the nearest meeting point!
