Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Minimum age is 12 years • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Diving within 18 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Pickup time will be between 6:00 am to 7:00 am depends on confirmation. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
