Redemption Instructions

• Please bring your original Passport during the day. Please carry swimwear and any accessories. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • Please provide (Odyssey DMC) with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • The duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • Delays in hotel pick-up may occur due to traffic conditions or due to other clients en route to your hotel for the public tour. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight. • Please note: During the Islamic holidays / Ramadan fasting month ,there will be a restriction on live entertainment and serving alcohol throughout the UAE. Therefore the cruise will be operated without these entertainments during these days.
