Redemption Instructions

• You must contact Bunyip Tours directly at least 24 hours prior to departure to confirm your booking and pick up details as these will not be provided on your voucher • Pick up is between 10am-11am (Nov-Mar) and 9am-10am (Apr-Oct) depending on which hotel you select to be collected from • Our guides are unable to wait for extended periods of time for missing guests and we ask that you arrive at the designated departure point at least 10 minutes early • Large bags, strollers, prams, baby capsules, luggage & walkers cannot be brought on board • If you require language translation for this tour please visit the App Store and search ‘Bunyip Tours’ and download our free App prior to departure • Bunyip’s opening hours are: 07:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday 07:00 - 12:00 Saturday to Sunday

Pickup Information

Pickup is only available from the list of hotels provided upon checkout. Your pickup will be between 9am-10am (during non-daylight savings times, AEST) or 10am-11am (during daylight savings times, AEDT) depending on which hotel you selected. Your exact meeting time will be provided after a booking is placed. This tour returns to Melbourne at approximately 10pm-midnight depending on the season.
