Redemption Instructions

AIRPORT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Once you have arrived at the airport there will be a member of our staff waiting for you at the arrivals area holding a clear sign with your name on it, they will then escort you to your waiting private transfer vehicle. "For TOURS starting at the airport, please send us the flight information so that we can track it and be waiting for you at the right time and terminal." P.S. Pickup Information

### IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This tour involves an overnight schedule. The pick-up occurs the night before the actual balloon flight, and the flight itself takes place at dawn the next day. If you book the tour for a specific date, please note that the balloon flight will occur early the following morning. You will return to your hotel in São Paulo by 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. on that next day. --- ### PICK-UP INFORMATION: - Location: Pick-up is at the place you specify at the time of booking. Since the transfer is private, you have the flexibility to choose the pick-up point that best suits your needs, provided it is within the São Paulo city limits or its greater area. - Restrictions: We do not conduct pick-ups in the coastal areas of São Paulo state. Note: While the transfer to and from Boituva is conducted privately by our guide, the balloon flight itself will be shared with other participants, including tourists who are not part of your booking. --- ### DROP-OFF INFORMATION: - Location: Drop-off is at the place you specify at the time of booking.
