Redemption Instructions

Admission to the Humantay Lagoon is not included in the tour and must be paid directly on site by each traveler, as access is managed by local communities.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up from your hotel, so you will need to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Pick-up will be carried out by agency staff, duly uniformed and identified.
