Your tour guide will be communicated to you by message on the Viator messaging system. Please make sure to check your messages. Your guides contact number and picture can be located at this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1r50nSmI6Q2IdYPuKWhx0_5Hm9g455YHjP943vXBkT_I/edit?usp=sharing If someone else has booked this tour for you please make sure to email Hello Hong Kong and provide them with your contact phone number. Your tour guide needs it incase you get lost. If you need to contact us directly before your tour (you are running late, you are lost, you are sick and can not join etc) please contact your guide directly, if your guide is not contactable you can reach office at +852 580 90 109 If you have any questions about your tour please contact Hello Hong Kong at bookings@hellohongkong.com.hk Please note: • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • This tour requires you to be physically fit. We will be walking between 5 and 10km over the course of the day. How far we walk will depend on how much walking you want to do at Tai O. We will be going at a slow pace, across flat land but you do need to be in reasonable health. If you wish to visit the Big Buddha up close you will need to be able to climb up 268 steps! • All tours takes place as scheduled except under Red/Black storm warnings or Typhoon #8 or above. For up to date information see Hong Kong Observatory website. If the cable car is shut down because of bad weather we will be able to give you a refund for the cable car tickets.
