Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

To access our tours we will only need confirmation of payment from the platform. For the national park tickets, we can accompany you to obtain your tickets at the park office, however, it is the responsibility of the tourist to have their own.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up from the hotel or place where you are staying 15 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The guide will carry an identification card with the logo and name of the company so that it is easy to identify us.
