Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please, inform in advance, in which hotel/apartment you will stay. You can do it directly on your reservation or you can inform us by phone or by mail, indicating your booking reference, preferable maximum 48h before start the tour. If we do not receive the Information at least 24h before departure, we will cancel the tour applying the stipulated cancellation fees. • Please remember to request a change in the regular menu in the event of food intolerances or diet requirements when making your booking. Please wait for confirmation. If we are not notified in advance, the company will hold no responsibility for not being able to accommodate your needs. • Due to security checks held by Sagrada Familia, waiting times to access the venue may be longer on some days.
