Meeting and Pickup
The meet up spot is along the rotunda on the side of the street facing the Angel of Independence monument to its left, closest to Sheraton Maria ISABEL hotel. Guests must arrive at the meeting point on their own. Please arrive between 5:35-5:50am.
Redemption Instructions
Guides will ask to view your reservation at the beginning of the trip before boarding.
Pickup Information
Pick-up and drop-off in the following areas ONLY: Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condesa, Juárez, Polanco, Anzurez, San Rafael, Cuauhtémoc (the neighobrhood, not the city district), Tabacalera, and Centro Histórico. Drop off in Centro Historico is often limited to a single drop off point near Palacio de Bellas Artes, due to road restrictions during the day and evening. If you're staying in Centro Histórico, drop-off will be near Palacio de Bellas Artes. This area often has heavy traffic and restricted access due to street closures or local events. Qualifying clients for pick up will be asked to CONFIRM that they are ready for pickup 5-10 minutes before the scheduled (time confirmed after booking/before trip date) pick up window. If no confirmation, pick up will be cancelled and client will be asked to meet at the general meeting point no later than 5:50am.
