Redemption Instructions

Please present either a printed or mobile voucher at the time of pickup or meeting. Our representative will be waiting for you at the specified meeting point with a sign showing your name or the company logo. Ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you have any questions or need assistance on the day of your experience, contact us via the phone number or email provided in your confirmation.

Pickup Information

For all tours with Gate Egypt , your driver or guide will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point: At your hotel: Please meet the driver/guide at the hotel reception or main lobby — they will be holding a sign with your name or “Gate Egypt.” At the Egyptian Museum: Please look for your guide near the main entrance gate — they will hold a sign with your name or “Gate Egypt.” At the Pyramids: Please meet your guide at the main gate of the Pyramids complex — they will have a sign with your name or “Gate Egypt.”
