The full day class offers the most complete Thai cooking experience in Chiang Mai. Begin at a local market to explore ingredients, then spend time on our organic farm feeding chickens, collecting eggs, and visiting the mushroom hut. In the open-air kitchen, you’ll prepare 7 dishes and 1 drink, with personal guidance every step of the way. A highlight of this intensive class is learning how to make fresh coconut milk the traditional way with a wooden grater — a rare skill few cooking schools teach. Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

Pick-up time is around 8:30–9:00 AM, please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver will meet you there. For guests without pick-up, please meet at Charoen Charoen Market at the event time.
