• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

As soon as you make the trip reservation, please contact us by whatsapp, to inform complete data: Full name of the passengers, Passport, dates of birth and lodging where you will stay. If your reservation is immediate, you can communicate it by whatsapp. If your reservation is later than 15 days after your purchase, it is not necessary to contact us immediately.

Pickup Information

As soon as you make your reservation, please contact us via whatsapp to coordinate schedules, pick up point, etc. Transportation to and from the historic center of San Pedro de Atacama Within the urban radius of the city. In case the accommodation is out of the radius, you will be informed of the nearest meeting point for the pick up / Drop Off. Pickup between 6.00 and 6.40 a.m. from the hotel.
