Redemption Instructions

• Please note: entrance tickets and transport included. This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the venue. • Outskirt Hotel Pick Up & Drop off Policy -  • Additional charges of MYR30 per pax are chargeable for outskirt hotels pick-ups. • Outskirt charges will be imposed on traveler that request to be picked up at hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area & 1 Borneo Shopping mall area.  Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
