Redemption Instructions

- Present the digital voucher to the Luck team; - We do not pick you up at your residence. You will choose one of the hotels on Orla de João Pessoa as your pick-up and drop-off location; - Wait at the hotel reception 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Absence will be considered withdrawal; - Luck Receptivo will contact you one day in advance to inform you of the car's departure time; - To take this tour, it is mandatory to present an identification document with a photo in accordance with ANTT Resolution No. 4,308/2014; - In the case of children without an issued ID, it is necessary to present their birth certificate.
