Meeting and Pickup
FLY CRUISE passengers departing Cairns via Helicopter are required to make their own to Zoom Helicopters general aviation Cairns airport (Tour returns to Cairns Marina).
Redemption Instructions
**PHOTO ID OF LEAD PASSENGER MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN** CRUISING FROM CAIRNS: Check-in & collection of boarding passes must be completed 07:00 – 07:30 at the Sunlover Cruises desk inside the Reef Terminal at Cairns Marina (located corner of Spence St & Pier Point Road). Passengers failing to check-in by 07:30 may miss final boarding. **BOARDING PASS REQUIRED**. FLY CRUISE: Check-in 08:15am at the Reef Fleet Terminal. HOTEL TRANSFERS Not currently available for this product. Please make your own way to the Reef Fleet terminal at Cairns Marina. FURTHER INFO Please refer to https://www.sunlover.com.au/terms-and-conditions for more information regarding conditions of passage. Due to the increasing costs of fuel, Sunlover have implemented a fuel surcharge that will apply for bookings made from 1 April 2026 onwards. This amount is payable directly with Sunlover prior to travel. For our Reef experience, or our Reef & Island In A Day experience, this amount is $10/adult, $5/child. Thank you for your understanding.
