Meeting and Pickup

Pickup Information

We offer pick up service from almost all hotels. In the event that your hotel does not have a pick-up service, we will indicate the closest meeting point the afternoon before the tour by sending a message to your phone or a notification to the email address indicated in your reservation. For the Tulum Hotel Zone or the Tulum Center, the meeting point is the Hotel Andreas in Tulum. Tulum does not have a hotel pick-up service. For Tulum Meeting Point the return is done by public transportation for logistical reasons.
