Redemption Instructions

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel (phone number is listed on your voucher or ticket). Preservation tax will be required at check in or when you board (22 usd per adult and 19 usd per child). * Please note that your package includes access to only one cenote. The specific cenote visited will depend on availability and logistics on the day of the tour. Based on these conditions, the experience will include a visit to either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán, but not both. Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue The pickup time is set according to your location, pick up start at 06:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.
