Redemption Instructions
• Please arrive at the meeting point no later than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. • If you experience trouble locating the meeting point or have any urgent concerns, please call +39 06 8336 0561 for immediate assistance. • Our City Wonders representatives will be easily identifiable by a City Wonders tour sign. • A specific dress code is mandatory for entry into any church: both men and women must have their knees and shoulders covered. This rule is strictly enforced, and entry will be denied if the dress code is not followed. City Wonders is not responsible for denied access due to inappropriate attire. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. Strollers and baby carriages cannot be accommodated on our group tours. • City Wonders is not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Guests are responsible for keeping track of their items during the entire tour. Please be aware that any shipping fees for returned items will not be covered by City Wonders. • Please note that infants traveling free of charge will not have an individual seat reserved on the bus. • Please be aware that luggage or suitcases are not permitted on our tours, as there is no storage space available on the coach.
