Redemption Instructions

All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own All riders must be at least 14 years of age, as required by law in Italy No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store.
