Visit with a guide an authentic farm of our country side, the cows and the three production phases, from the milk to a wheel. The aging storage is an amazing place where thousands of wheels sleeps! The Balsamic vinegar is produced with a minimum of 12 y.o. in special and particular barrels of wood. The guided visit will tell you all the secrets about this excellence called "Black Gold".
