Redemption Instructions
Once the tour is booked, you can come to our rental point to collect the bikes. You will be welcomed by a specialized instructor who will provide an informative briefing on the bike, the route, and in particular on how our app works. The aim is to ensure you start off in complete safety, with our virtual guide supporting you step by step.
Pickup Information
For our E-bike tours with private guide we offer a pick up and drop off service directly from your accommodation near Florence. If you are already staying in Florence, however, there will be no need! the Tour will start directly from your accommodation. The meeting point of this tour if your accommodation is in the historic center of Florence is Piazza dei Cavalleggeri. If you are staying outside the historic center we will pick you up directly from your accommodation Our local guide Pietro will be waiting for you, dressed in a yellow t-shirt with the word Padbike written on it! For this reason we ask you to specify your street and the name of your hotel. Thank you!
