Please note: • You can meet at the designated meeting point: Piazzale Montelungo, Firenze FI, Italy. We kindly ask guests to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the departure time. Missed tours due to late arrivals cannot be refunded. • Alternatively, you can request a pickup. Please provide your accommodation details in the "Special Requirements" field at checkout, or email them to us at info@citywonders.com • Our City Wonders hosts, dressed in blue, will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our tours. • Please note that this tour may not be suitable for vegans, individuals who are lactose intolerant, or those with food allergies, as we are unable to provide alternative options. However, we do offer a vegetarian option that includes a variety of cheeses. • While our day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly. We appreciate your understanding and planning as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience • Gratuities to guides and drivers providing excellent service are appreciated • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours.
