• Important information required from all passengers: You MUST provide all passenger names at time of booking in order to successfully purchase the train tickets • Be at the meeting point, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. • City Wonders staff will be easily recognizable at the meeting point by a City Wonders tour sign. • We regret that we cannot accommodate guests in wheelchairs or those requiring special assistance. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders. • While our day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour time slightly. We appreciate your understanding and planning as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. • The walk from the bus drop-off point to Pisa city center takes approximately 15 minutes. Guests may choose to walk or use the available shuttle service for an additional cost of €5.
