Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
In front of the Ripley's Aquarium, near the CN Tower, approx. 3 blocks from Union Station. Departing 8:00 am. Please arrive 20 minutes early for boarding. Seating is first come/ first serve.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive 20 minutes early for seating. Seating is "First come, First served". We travel nonstop to Niagara Falls. Please use washroom before coming to the departure location. There are no washrooms on board the bus. It is customary to give your driver/ guide a tip at the end of the day. Tickets to the Skylon Tower and Hornblower Boat ride (seasonal) can be purchased from the driver. Please present you booking confirmation to your driver/ guide.
