Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in for your tour. From Santa Maria Novella Train Station, follow the signs toward Piazzale Montelungo (bus terminal area). Next to the Piccolo Ristoro kiosk. Look for our friendly staff in red, holding a bright red 'The Tour Guy' sign!
Redemption Instructions
• Check your selected option at the top of your voucher to see what is included in your tour. If you have any questions or would like to change or upgrade your option, please contact us in advance. • Half-Day Options: Do NOT include visits to Siena or San Gimignano. Includes 2 winery visits, wine tastings, and a traditional Tuscan lunch. • Full-Day Options: Includes visits to Siena and San Gimignano, plus a Chianti winery tour with wine tastings and a traditional Tuscan lunch. • All participants are required to carry a valid government-issued picture ID on them during our tours. • We reserve the right to alter itineraries for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events. • TTG runs tours rain or shine and no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. • If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. • Please note that the legal drinking age in Italy is 18, we are unable to serve alcoholic beverages to minors. • If you wish to visit Siena's Cathedral (full-day options only), please bring covering for your knees and shoulders.
