- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Please meet the guide at Piazza Unità Italiana *under the obelisk* in the middle of the square. It’s a square in front of the Grand Hotel Baglioni.

Redemption Instructions
Please make sure to arrive on time for the tour. Our tolerance is 5min beyond the scheduled time. It’s not possible to join the group along the way (out of respect for other tour participants: the guide cannot be absent from the rest of the group to talk on the phone). We do not provide any sort of refund for late arrivals or early quits. Cancellation requests notified after the deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee, no matter the reason of the cancellation. The same policy is applied for date change requests. We do not pay any compensation for booking cancellations that occurred due to third-party disruptions (e.g., airline or cruise delays/cancellations). We do not provide any type of refund for late arrivals or early quits. This tour is not pet's friendly. The tour takes place rain or shine. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions you must advise in advance.
