Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Check in at Marina Flamingo main lobby area at 1:30 pm. Tell security guard you are going with "Tom Cat" Catamaran If you need ground transportation we can arrange it for extra cost depending of your location and how many ppl.
Redemption Instructions
• Check in is at Marina Flamingo main lobby area is 9:40 am for the morning tour ( 10 am until 2 pm) • Check in is at Marina Flamingo main lobby area is 1:40 pm for the sunset tour ( 2pm until 6 pm) You can tell the security guard you are going with "Tom Cat" Catamaran. • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or if the company cancels the tour before the departure time, 100% refund. • A minimum of 15 adults is required to open the tour • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
