Redemption Instructions

Check in time and meeting point: at 10:30 am in Via de Martelli 50/r, in front of Caffè Firenze. (from April 1st 2025: check in time at 10:00am) An assistant will wait for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour & Gray Line logos. Additional info: • Download the APP "VOX CITY" from the App Store (iOS or Android) on your smartphone. You will receive the credentials, by email or Whatsapp, one day before the date you have booked.  To listen the APP contents you need your own smartphone and hearphones. • The service of pre-booking provided by Caf Tour & Travel, ensures to skip the general admission line at the Museum. Despite our reservations, during periods of increased inflow of visitors, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to: - Security check at the entrance (metal detector) - The maximum number of people allowed at the same time inside the Museum for security reasons and in order to protect the integrity of the exhibited works. Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Caf Tour & Travel responsibility • We suggest to wear comfortable shoes; It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry.
