The first pick-up location can be chosen by the passenger and will be within a 3-mile radius of Heathrow Airport. We'll reach out to the passenger using any available means to confirm their booking details, and if needed, we can adjust the pickup time and location based on the customer's preferences. We'll ensure the driver arrives at the scheduled time for passenger pickup. We'll provide you with the driver's details and phone number, so you can contact them if necessary at any time.
