Pickup is available from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter. For hotels outside the Old Quarter, please meet at a designated meeting point which will be confirmed after booking. Pickup time is between 7:00 – 7:30 AM depending on hotel location. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup time. Our guide or driver will contact you via WhatsApp the day before the tour to confirm pickup details.
