Redemption Instructions

The tour departs at 9:45 AM. Present this voucher directly at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time. How to reach the starting point: it is necessary to take the Livorno Porto 2000 shuttle from the cruise terminal to Via Claudio Cogorano (cost of €7; free for some cruises; about 10 minutes of travel). Upon arrival in the center you will be welcomed by the Shore Experience staff dressed in green. Wifi on board the bus is free, in case of connection problems it is not possible to refund the ticket. Our suggestions: Please note that the local currency is the euro. It is recommended to bring comfortable and appropriate shoes, camera, local currency for souvenirs, sunscreen, water and this voucher. If you wish to enter cathedrals/churches or museums, remember that there is a dress code to be respected. If your ship makes a change of itinerary or schedule and you arrive at a different port or on a different schedule, don't assume that your tour has been canceled.
