Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Meet your guide with a green Walks sign in Piazza San Giovanni, by column of San Zanobi next to Baptistery of St. John. Piazza San Giovanni is a centrally located square in front of Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and Baptistery of St. John.

This tour will end in Uffizi Gallery or Accademia Gallery, depending on the day

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - We are able to accommodate guests with mobility impairment or wheelchairs, please make sure to email our Guest Experience team at info@takewalks.com at the time of your booking for proper arrangements. - We are unable to accommodate guests with strollers on this tour. - This full-day Florence tour builds in a 1-hour break for lunch (9:45am tour) or 30-minute stop for coffee (8:15am & 1:30pm tours) to relax between sightseeing. Food is not included, your guide will share recommendations. - All guests must pass through security. No weapons or large items are allowed inside. - Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia Museum. There is no bag check or storage available. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
