Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Meet your guide with a green Walks sign in Piazza San Giovanni, by column of San Zanobi next to Baptistery of St. John. Piazza San Giovanni is a centrally located square in front of Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and Baptistery of St. John.

Redemption Instructions
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - We are able to accommodate guests with mobility impairment or wheelchairs, please make sure to email our Guest Experience team at info@takewalks.com at the time of your booking for proper arrangements. - We are unable to accommodate guests with strollers on this tour. - The full names of all participants must be provided at the time of booking and must match the names on the ID/Passport. Name changes are not permitted. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your reservation. - All guests including children MUST bring ID on the day of their tour. - This full-day Florence tour builds in a 1-hour break for lunch (9:45am tour) or 30-minute stop for coffee (8:15am & 1:30pm tours) to relax between sightseeing. Food is not included, your guide will share recommendations. - We would like to inform that starting from December 2, 2024, the two elevators located in the east wing of the Uffizi, near the main staircase, will be unavailable to the public due to maintenance work. The main staircase consists of 4 flights, totaling 126 steps. Guests who are unable to climb the stairs and require the elevator to access the main floor of the Gallery should proceed to the hall in front of the main staircase once inside the museum. There, museum staff will assist them in reaching the elevators located in the west wing. - All guests must pass through security. No weapons or large items are allowed inside. - Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia Museum. There is no bag check or storage available. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
