Redemption Instructions

Ticket Redemption Instructions: After Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Displaying Your Ticket for Travel: At the Meeting Point: Please present your booking confirmation (printed or on your phone) to our guide to display your ticket and prepare for the trip. For Hotel Pick-Up: Show your booking confirmation to the driver when they pick you up from your hotel to confirm your travel and ensure smooth service. Late Arrivals: Please note that the tour departs on time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour, and no refunds will be provided. Special Requests: If you have any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for proper arrangements.

Pickup Information

We offer hotel pickup from designated areas in Krabi (Ao Nang, Klong Muang, Tubkaek, and Krabi Town). Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will be waiting for you at the lobby holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. If your accommodation does not have a lobby, please wait outside at the main entrance. In case you have trouble locating the driver, feel free to contact us using the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
